Do we need to build our own careers website?
No. Your hosted SZNL careers page brings together your business information, photos, and published jobs, with a link you can share.
Can candidates apply directly on SZNL?
Yes. Choose to accept applications on SZNL when you set up a job, then review those applications and update their statuses in your employer workspace. You can also direct applicants to your own website, email, or phone; applications made outside SZNL aren’t tracked in the workspace.
