Oso Gordito is looking for a Kitchen Lead to serve as the right hand in a fast-paced, high-volume food trailer. This role is fully hands-on—leading by example across prep, service, dishes, food processing, and customer interaction. You’ll help execute systems, maintain standards, and keep the operation running clean, efficient, and consistent under pressure.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes ownership. You’re comfortable jumping into any position, communicating clearly during service, and constantly looking for ways to improve flow, quality, and guest experience. This is an opportunity to play a key role in growing a unique Alaskan-Texas concept and pushing it to the next level.
